The De-Fearing is Working

The potentially ominous test result I referred to in my last post turned out to be quite non-threatening. I’m a lucky woman.

Facing surgery in early January will be a challenge for our family, but I have faith that my wonderful husband and incredible daughter can weather the storm of my illness, and I have faith that I will emerge from the storm better than ever before.

After all, life expands in proportion to one’s courage. And we are a brave bunch around here.

Oh, how did I manage to miss your last post?
I don’t know, but I can tell you that I am impressed with your family’s courage in the face of adversity.

I am glad that you don’t have anything life-threatening, and we will keep you in our thoughts as you undergo the treatment you need to get better 🙂
